LanSafe is power protection software that provides UPS monitoring, control and preventive measures against power problems that affect computer networks and equipment. Together with Eaton UPS products, computer network systems protected by LanSafe software are more reliable and less prone to downtime and data corruption. LanSafe is capable of connecting to UPSs that are directly connected to the network, in addition to those that are attached to computers via USB or serial ports. LanSafe can manage up to 64 computers that receive protected power from one UPS.
LanSafe delivers comprehensive power management capabilities including graceful, remote shutdown of UPS systems and network monitoring tools via serial, USB, and network connectivity options.
